Stand before a mirror with arms relaxed, then raised. Check for visible changes in shape, size, skin or nipples.

FEEL
Use the flat pads of your 3 middle fingers. Move around the whole breast from collarbone to under breast and armpit using circular or up down motions. Repeat while lying down and standing (e.g., in the shower).
